I have found my online Reiki sessions with Sophie invaluable. The Reiki energy has enabled me to connect with myself and others on a deeper spiritual level. I feel more authentically myself after the sessions, with stress and tension dissolved. The serene, relaxing meditation has a wonderful focus on grounding and aligning the body, mind and spirit. The sensations are very different each time as the energy shifts through your entire being, leaving you feeling alleviated and refreshed. Sophie is a very kind and warm person and I instantly felt calm and comfortable in her presence. Sophie introduced me to the use of crystals and has inspired me to purchase various crystals which I now use in my daily life. I received the ‘Self love/care theme box ‘ as an early Mother’s Day present from my son. It was in a beautifully simple, responsibly sourced, presentation box that I couldn’t wait to open. Inside was like an Aladdin’s cave of wonderful items waiting to be explored along with a full description of what was in the box and a personal hand written note explaining how to use the many items. My box contained five crystals that seemed to have been especially picked for what I need in my life right now as well as a beautiful silver Citrine pendant. A sage smudge stick along with a Selenite crystal to cleanse and clear my crystals and space. It didn’t stop there, there was also Frankincense aromatherapy oil and Prosperity oil for meditation & setting intentions, incense sticks and a gratitude journal to keep me on track for a more enlightened life. I was also given 2 amazing Reiki infused organic candles. One in a glass with organic lavender, roses and chamomile and crystals. They smelt amazingly fresh, like you was in a lavender field. The other candle was in a tin with coconut and dried flowers that instantly transported me back to holidays in the Caribbean ! However, what I am really looking forward to is an hour Reiki session to be booked at a time convenient for me either online or in person. This has been one of my best Mother’s Days presents and I’m sure anyone lucky enough to receive a Present Beings Self love/care theme box will love it just as much as I do.
